Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within one day wherever possible. Orders placed over the weekend and bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day. We use royal mail to send our parcels and once your parcel is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. All our orders are sent using a signed for service.

Taxes and duties
Orders to any countries outside the uk may be subject to import duty and taxes. Please note that these charges will vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer. Your order is shipped on a ddu (delivery duty unpaid) basis and we are unable to estimate the charges. For more information please contact your local customs office.
Returns
Hopeful accepts returns and offers you 14 days from the day of receipt. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and with a tag attached. The original receipt must be included in the return.

Returns are at your own expense. For your own protection, we recommend you use a trackable delivery method with insurance for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, the amount will be transferred to your account. We will return the amount to the credit card on which the goods were purchased. Refunds for returned goods will be made as soon as possible. Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty in some way. In this instance please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by email to liz@hopefullondon.com to arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please contact liz@hopefullondon.com if you have further questions regarding returning goods. If you wish to exchange the item for a different one, we suggest you return it as described above and purchase the new style separately.
